1. Do you have to have a paypal account to place an order?
You do not have to have a Paypal account to place an order. You can purchase securely using your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. At checkout you will see a place to "sign in" to your Paypal account to the left of that there is an area to purchase without a Paypal account.
2. How do I go about ordering my item with all my personalization choices? At the bottom of every item page is a "Personalization Options" area. Included in that area are the specific options for that item. There are links for choices such as fabric, font and design. Click on these links to peruse our gallery of choices. Once you decide what you would like on your item simply type the name of your choice into the coordinating text field. If you have any problems please use the Contact Us form and I will gladly walk you through the process.
3. When can I expect to receive my order? All items are handmade by me in the order they are received. Please allow between two and three weeks to receive your custom order. If you need your item(s) faster please contact me and I will do my best to get it to you in the time frame you need it in.
4. How does the gift registry work? Please see the information pages for "Registry Owner and Registry Buyer Help" in the left hand menu.
5. How will my order be shipped? I ship every order USPS Priority Mail. This ensures that once your order is finished it will reach you within 2-3 business days. |
